While predominately grass-fed, M3 Collective standards allow farmers to supplement with grains for training and finishing, resulting the beautiful and tasted-filled marbling discerning meat eaters demand. To support the farmer and ensure we make use of the whole animal, we offer prime cuts through our retailer and restaurant partners — great tasting prime-cut beef that supports a healthy food-system in your own backyard.
